Mortal Kombat 1992 (SNES) Gameplay

Mortal Kombat is a 2D fighting game, that originally was played on arcade. Then its adapted for SNES console. It is an old school simple fighting game with a total 10 characters, 8 playable characters that player can choose, and 2 other characters are Goro and Shang Tsung which only AI can use and only appear in Main Story as the 2nd last stage's opponent(Goro) and last stage's opponent(Shang Tsung).

The hardest opponent is Goro. He's a big opponent that will always win melee combat. Your best way to defeat him is to make distance and you projectile attack.

Liu Kang's Fire Shot is very good.

Fire Shot = Forward + Forward + High Punch.

For Shang Tsung, he has an ability to morph into any fighter he likes. Not so hard, and same like other fight, just be careful he can also morph into Goro.

NOTE : The AI has an algorithm that is a bit cheating, it will read your input and use a move that will counter any move you will perform, making them nearly invincible. Your best way to actually win is by interrupting their moves instead. Let them do something and instantly interrupt it using your moves, very hard and need lot of practices. Easier way is by repeating a sweep kick(see the video above where I beat Shang Tsung using this method).
